Online Therapy
We deliver therapy either through video calls or over the phone. All you need is a phone, tablet or a computer and you are ready to go! Each session lasts 50 minutes, and one of our therapists will offer you a warm, non-judgemental and confidential space for you to explore the issues you have been struggling with, at your own pace.
By choosing our service, you can be sure that you are going to be met with full professionalism as our therapists are registered members of national governing bodies, which means that they work in accordance with their guidelines and ethical frameworks.

Standard Therapy Service £45-£55
The Standard Therapy Service is delivered either on a weekly or a fortnightly basis by fully qualified and fully insured Counsellors and Psychotherapists who are registered members of one of the following national governing bodies: The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), The United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) or The British Psychological Society (BPS).
Our team offer a variety of different therapeutic approaches and most work integratively, which means that they can draw from more than one approach giving them the means to tailor your sessions to your individual needs, to ensure that the focus of the therapy is not only on symptom reduction, but also on understanding and exploring the root causes of your issues. Some of the therapeutic approaches that we offer include:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) can help you to identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours, reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues, while promoting healthier coping strategies and problem-solving skills.
Person-Centred Therapy allows the therapist to put you and your individual needs at the centre of everything they do with you in therapy. This type of therapy can help you improve your self-esteem, self-awareness, and emotional well-being by providing a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your feelings, gain insight, and move towards personal growth and fulfilment.
Attachment-Based Therapy can help you understand your Attachment Style and how the interactions with your childhood primary care-givers might have impacted your interactions with others in your adulthood. It can help you heal from past relational trauma by exploring early attachment experiences, improving emotional regulation, and fostering healthier, more secure relationships, enhancing overall emotional well-being and connection.
Gestalt Therapy can help you to increase self-awareness, improve emotional expression, and resolve inner conflicts by focusing on present experiences, personal responsibility, and the relationship between client and therapist in the moment.
Transactional Analysis can help you to understand and improve communication, identify unhelpful behaviour patterns, and resolve conflicts by analysing interactions through three ego states: Parent, Adult, and Child, fostering healthier relationships and personal growth.
Experiential Therapy equips the therapist with a toolkit of expressive techniques such as role-playing or acting, arts and crafts, music, guided imagery, or various forms of re-enactment— these can allow you to process emotional situations in a safe space.
Couples Counselling can help you and your partner improve your communication, resolve conflicts, rebuild trust, and strengthen your emotional connection. It fosters understanding, intimacy, and problem-solving skills, supporting healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Please enquire about the availability and price of this service.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy helps individuals process traumatic memories by using guided eye movements. It aims to reduce emotional distress linked to trauma, anxiety, and PTSD, promoting healing, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
