ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Abigail and I am an Integrative Counsellor with a passion for supporting individuals through life’s challenges with empathy, respect, and a non-judgemental approach. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether you’re looking to make sense of a particular issue, gain new insights, or find the strength to create meaningful change, I would be honoured to walk alongside you on that journey

MY EXPERIENCE

As an integrative counsellor, I provide a compassionate and inclusive space for adults navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re seeking to understand how your past shapes your present, rediscover your identity, or work through significant transitions, I tailor my approach to your unique needs.

I have worked with individuals healing from childhood trauma, past domestic violence, emotional and/or financial abuse, as well as those exploring diagnosis neurodivergence, the impact of reproductive health issues. My experience also includes working with people processing grief and loss. I understand how complex these experiences can be and offer a safe, supportive environment where you can explore them at your own pace.

MY APPROACH

I draw from a variety of therapeutic models tailored to meet your unique needs. This might include elements of person-centred therapy, CBT, reflective practice, and hypnotherapy, among others. Throughout our work together, I will honour your perspective, helping you reflect deeply and find new ways of understanding and moving forward.

Counselling is about supporting you to feel confident in making choices that align with who you are and navigating life’s challenges in your own way. My role is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can reflect, gain insight, and discover the path forward that feels right for you. I believe that each person is different, and our work together will be shaped by what resonates most with you.  As such, I strive to make my practice inclusive, compassionate, and respectful of all identities and backgrounds.
